美国海关和边境保护局（CBP）宣布，自 2024 年 11 月 12 日起，将不再接受含模糊描述的美国进口货物数据。若申报货物描述被 CBP 认定模糊，FedEx 等企业可能在始发地拒收或扣留货物，直至提供完整准确数据。
美国海关和边境保护局（CBP）宣布，自2024年11月12日起，将不再接受任何包含模糊描述的美国进口货物数据。
如果所申报的货物描述被CBP认定为模糊不清并拒绝接受，FedEx等企业可能会在始发地拒绝接收该货物，或在始发地扣留该货物，直至提供符合要求的完整数据为止。
FedEx已特别提醒客户，在创建货物时提供准确的货物描述至关重要，以确保符合美国海关及边境保卫局(CBP)的规定。自生效日期起，任何被CBP认定为描述模糊的货物都将被拒收，并可能会导致延误。
准确的描述能够清楚地指明商品的材质和用途。
例如，应详细说明为“塑料制成的儿童玩具”，而非简单地标注为“玩具”； 同样，应描述为“60%棉和40%聚酯制成的女装”，而不是笼统地称之为“服装”。
实施这项措施后，若您寄往美国的货物使用手写空运单，可能会导致运输时间增加1天。
