

欧美黄页上的客户大多是本地小微企业主/经理,没预约突然打过去属于 Cold Call(冷电),老外接起前 3~5 秒决定是否听下去。话术核心是:表明身份 + 说明怎么帮他 → 低压力约个时间,而不是当场硬卖。
下面按美式(偏直接)和欧式(偏正式)给两套可直接念的模板,以及注意事项。
适用对象: 批发商、分销商、服务商(HVAC / 建材 / 汽配 / 食品原料等)
📞 接起:
Prospect: "ABC Supply, this is John."
👉 You:
"Hi John, this is [Your Name] with [Your Company], we're a [China/Vietnam etc.] manufacturer
of [Product, e.g. commercial LED fixtures] supplying distributors in the US.
I'm NOT asking you to buy anything today — just wondering,

✅ 要点:
开场不背长篇公司介绍,先问是否满意现有供应商( qualifying question)
给对方说"No"的权利 → 显得尊重,反而更愿意聊
CTA 只是"发资料 / 约回电",不现场报价

⚠️ 德国/北欧特别注意:
用 Dear Mr./Ms. [Last Name] 而非 Hi First Name(除非对方让你直呼)
强调 认证(CE/ISO)、合规性、稳定性,少说 "best price / cheapest"
法国常讲法语,建议准备一句法语开场:"Bonjour, est-ce que je peux parler à M. [Name] s'il vous plaît ?"
拨打时间:当地工作日上午 9:00–11:00 / 下午 2:00–4:00(避开周一早、周五晚、午休)
号码显示:用可回拨的企业直线 / VoIP(Twilio / Aircall / 环信等),别隐藏号码
语速 & 口音:放慢一点,关键词重读(product name / catalog / follow up)
记录系统:CRM 或 Excel 记 ✅接通 / ❌无人 / 📧发资料 / 🔁回拨时间 / ❌DNM(Do Not Call)
GDPR(欧盟):如对方要求把你从呼叫列表删除,必须立刻标注 DNM 并不再拨打
